Returns
Travel gear has to fit. If something is not right, we want the exchange to be straightforward.
Return window
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items used outdoors or in a vehicle may not be resellable, so please check fit and dimensions before use.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send return instructions along with any return shipping terms.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
